At Car Integrations, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied. If for some reason you aren’t happy with an item on your order and want to return it, we make returns and refunds extremely simple.
Any complete, like-new item returned within 30-days of the delivery date can be returned for a full refund less the original cost of shipping. All items or packages shipped free of charge will be subject to a $15.00 shipping fee. If returned items are not in like-new condition, then Car Integrations may refuse a return or charge a restocking fee of 10% – 20%. Items not in like-new condition include, but are not limited to: items missing original item packaging, opened software or media items, used items, installed items, abused or physically damaged items, items missing parts, items damaged due to improper return shipping, items with a different serial number or defaced serial number, pre-cut wire, made-to-order items and special order items. Should you find your product is defective or not the compatible unit for your vehicle or would like to exchange it for a different item, rest assured, we are here to help; follow the instructions below to set up your exchange.
Return Instructions
Step 1 – Get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Gather your Order Number by Logging in to your account or retrieve your Order Number on your email confirmation. Contact us by emailing Returns@CarIntegrations.com with the subject line “RMA Request” and the body of the email stating the reason for the return – please be as specific as possible.
Step 2 – Use your RMA to return your product
Once your email has been reviewed you will receive a reply with your RMA number and instructions on the return of your product. Carefully read these instructions to ensure all guidelines are met for your return or exchange.
Step 3 – Pack your item(s) carefully
Place all the original packaging in the box, including the instruction manual and all accessories. Enclose your original invoice or a copy of your order confirmation email.
Step 4 – Ship your return
Ship package in a shipping carton insured to our return center using a shipper of your choice. Items must be received in resalable condition. If items show signs of use or wear including original boxes items will be subject to a restocking fee.
How will I know if you’ve received my return?
Once your return is received, it will be reviewed by our Returns Department. You will receive notification regarding your return or exchange within 5-10 business days.
How long does it take Car Integrations to process my return and refund?
Refunds can take up to 21 days to complete but will typically be resolved in 14 business days for date or return. Original shipping amount will not be refunded. A $15.00 service fee will be charged on all items shipped free of charge. Once your refund is complete, an email notification will be sent to you confirming your funds have been reverted back to your original method of payment.
Return Disclaimer
Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender. Items that show signs of wear or have been, scratched, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

Who covers return shipping?
You are responsible for return shipping of the product to our facility in Woodland Hills, CA or Camarillo, CA regardless of the reason. If the item is being exchange due to a defect within the 30 day guarantee then we cover the cost of the new item being shipped to you.
What can I return within 30 days?
Within 30 days of the delivery date, you may return like-new, unused merchandise. Like-new condition means that the item is seemingly new and shows no signs of use.
30 days have passed, what are my options?
After 30 days from the date of delivery, we’re still here to help for a full year from the delivery date on defective items. Your options include a repair or replacement, depending on manufacturer restrictions.
Do I need to keep my item packaging and shipping box?
We recommend that you keep the item’s packaging material (e.g. manufacturer’s box, manual, accessories and paperwork). We also suggest that you keep the shipping box and packaging material until your item(s) are installed, your 30 days has passed, and/ or your item(s) are out of warranty.
What if I don’t have a login or purchased with Guest Checkout?

When will I get my refund?
After we receive your return and processed it, please allow up to a maximum of 21 days, in some most it can be sooner than that. Refunds are issued to the same form of payment that was used in the original transaction.
What is “like-new” condition?
Like-new condition means that the item is seemingly new and shows no signs of use.
Items not in like-new condition include, but are not limited to: items missing original item packaging, opened software or media items, used items, installed items, abused or physical items damaged items, items missing parts, items damaged due to improper return shipping, items with a different serial number or defaced serial number.
Car Integrations may refuse a return or charge a restocking fee when the return item is not like-new.
Who is responsible for installation charges?
This product is sold to be installed by the individual making the purchase. If the customer decides to have the installation done by a professional, it is the customer’s responsibility to negotiate and pay any charges related to installation. Car Integrations is in no way liable or responsible for any installation charges or damages you have accrued in the process of having the product installed in your vehicle.
